About Us

Welcome to BCIC WM

We support manufacturing companies across the West Midlands to lower energy costs, adopt clean energy and strengthen their competitiveness.

Our diverse and flexible industrial ecosystem makes our Industrial Cluster distinctive amongst all other UK clusters. We support all sizes and scales of business, including established firms and adaptable and competitive small and medium-sized enterprises in global supply chains.

Through our first initiative, ‘Repowering the Black Country’, we brought together a community regional organisations focused on addressing the unique challenge of achieving industrial decarbonisation across the UK’s diverse supply chains. these consist of many thousands of dispersed and distributed sites. You can read more about the success of the ‘Repowering the Black Country’ project here.
